rates change all the time, especially when it’s closer to the date of flying… so try to book earlier rather than later…
look around for cheap quotes.

How about check the cebu pacific they have flights too and much cheaper either you fly from Manila or Clark..

ever heard of Open Skies? it doesn’t exist yet so there’s no way you’ll catch a flight to Bangkok from Manila via Singapore Airlines. you’re limited to PAL, Thai, and Cebu Pac.
